Dinosaur rhyme & song

Here my adaptions of a rhyme and a song for a recent dinosaur theme at
playgroup (maybe of use to anyone who has dino-fanatic
toddlers/pre-schoolers :-) ):

5 Dinosaur Eggs (original rhyme: 5 little peas in a peapod)

5 big eggs in a dinosaur nest
1 dinobaby grew and so did all the rest
They grew and they grew, 'till they could not stop
Until one day the eggs went POPP!

Down by the Waterhole (tune: Down by the Station)

Down by the waterhole
Early in the morning
See the little brontosauri, all in a row,
See the Mama brontosaur
Stamping with her big feet
Stomp, stomp, stomp
and off they go.

Down by the waterhole
Early in the morning
See the little pteranodons all in a row, (flying dino)
See Mama pteranodon
Flapping with her big wings,
Flapp, flapp, flapp,
and off they go.

Down by the waterhole
Early in the morning
See the little plesiosauri all in a row (swimming dino)
See the Mama plesiosaur,
Splashing with her flippers
Splish, splish, splash
and off they go.

Down by the waterhole
Early in the morning
See the little T-rex's all in a row
See the Mama T-Rex
Snapping with her big teeth
Snap, snap, snap
and off they go.
